SEAGOVILLE (12/15/2012) - Chad Losson Lusby, 54, of Seagoville, committed suicide while on duty at The Federal Correctional Institution in Seagoville Thursday, Dec. 15. He had worked at the prison for 21 years and was a Senior Officer GL-07 Step 10. Public Affairs Officer Eric Johnson was not able to comment on why the officer killed himself or how he did so.
